Oh! My oriental rug they took back to shop to professionally clean looked brand new for only $140 to $160 dollars.
I surely will not ever forget Christian, but he did such a fantastic and thorough job, I doubt I will need his services in the near or distant future.
The cats made a mess, and he got all that up too by spot-cleaning and then oxidizing the darker more stubborn stains.

Normal wear and tear (then it was shown that it’s accumulated dust/dirt and able to be removed with minimal brushing. 2. The tech said his cleaner would scratch the baseboard so he stays away from those areas. He reported it would have to be removed by hand. He removed the dirt in edges going down the stairs. However, he did not do the master bedroom. Thus, the owner response that it is nearly impossible to remove without removing the baseboards is not what was going on in this space (as it was removed easily with a toothbrush). I had new light-colored carpet installed at the end of 2019 and after just a couple of months and almost zero use of the room our reflux-prone … More dog decided to use it for privacy during one of his vomit episodes. I discovered the yellow-green trails ALL over the room after they were already long-dry, and then the Covid shutdown happened. Fast-forward multiple months (of stain-setting) until I finally got around to scheduling a cleaning. Scheduling with S-B was very easy and they were able to get me on their schedule quickly. Greg showed up exactly on-time, and gave good advice for what to do if this happened again. He was very honest about being unsure if he would be able to fully lift the stains.
