His price is reasonable. He is personable, flexible, and most impressively, willing to go the extra mile to make things better for the customer without been asked to. For example, we hired him to do some electric work right before we were scheduled to start solar panels\/power wall installation by a different vendor.  Eric took the initiative to proactively contact our solar team to coordinate with them and made sure his work would be compatible with the solar work to be done.  Another example is at end of his work, not only he cleaned up everything nicely, he voluntarily put in the effort to paint the metal conduits he installed to match the existing wall color so the joo site looks nice.
