By accepting an estimate or scheduling service, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:<\/p>\n

1. Payment Terms<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • A 50% down payment is required to secure scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.<\/li>\n
  • Full prepayment is accepted but not required.<\/li>\n
  • All down payments are non-refundable, as materials, labor scheduling, and logistics are allocated upon acceptance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Scheduling, Weather & Seasonal Limitations<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Service dates are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, and operational logistics.<\/li>\n
    • Elegant Estates reserves the right to reschedule services due to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Weather conditions<\/li>\n
      • Freezing temperatures<\/li>\n
      • Unsafe working conditions<\/li>\n
      • Equipment or staffing availability<\/li>\n
      • Site readiness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Certain services (including washing and installation) cannot be performed in freezing conditions or when soils are frozen.<\/p>\n

        3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • A minimum of 48 hours\u2019 notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.<\/li>\n
        • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a service fee to account for lost scheduling, labor allocation, and logistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Property Access & Utilities<\/h2>\n

          The customer agrees to provide clear, safe access to all service areas.<\/p>\n

          Water Usage:<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Municipal water: Customer supply will be used<\/li>\n
          • Well systems: Customer may allow use or request that Elegant Estates supply water (recommended to protect well systems)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Electricity:<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Customer agrees to provide access to electrical outlets when required for service or installation work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              5. Pet & Safety Considerations<\/h2>\n

              Customers are responsible for keeping pets safely secured during service.<\/p>\n

              Wash Services:<\/h3>\n
                \n
              • While cleaning solutions are applied responsibly and diluted, pets should not be allowed to drink from puddles or wet surfaces during or immediately after service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                EcoGuard Applications:<\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • No pet or barefoot contact is recommended while surfaces are wet<\/li>\n
                • Normal use may resume once surfaces are fully dry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  6. Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability<\/h2>\n

                  Elegant Estates is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, whether visible or not, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

                  • Deteriorated siding, roofing, or structural materials<\/li>\n
                  • Improper flashing or sealing<\/li>\n
                  • Window seal failure or fogging<\/li>\n
                  • Loose or failing gutters, brackets, or seams<\/li>\n
                  • Cracked, compromised, or improperly installed surfaces<\/li>\n
                  • Oxidation becoming visible after cleaning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Cleaning and restoration services may reveal underlying issues that were not visible prior to service.<\/p>\n

                    7. General Service Limitations<\/h2>\n

                    The following conditions are outside the control of Elegant Estates and are not considered service defects:<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • Biological regrowth over time<\/li>\n
                    • Efflorescence returning<\/li>\n
                    • Environmental staining<\/li>\n
                    • Surface wear due to age, UV exposure, or prior neglect<\/li>\n
                    • Moisture-related issues from existing construction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      8. Marketing & Documentation<\/h2>\n

                      Elegant Estates reserves the right to take before-and-after photos for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes.<\/p>\n

                      9. Warranty Overview<\/h2>\n

                      Warranty offerings vary by service and are outlined separately.<\/p>\n

                        \n
                      • Roof Washing: 3-Year Guarantee<\/li>\n
                      • House Washing: 1-Year Guarantee<\/li>\n
                      • Hardscape Installation: 5-Year Warranty<\/li>\n
                      • Paver Repairs: Not warrantied<\/li>\n
                      • Landscape Plantings: Not warrantied<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Full warranty details are available separately.<\/p>\n

                        Service-Specific Terms<\/h2>\n

                        10. Power \/ Pressure Washing<\/h3>\n

                        Pressure washing may expose pre-existing defects such as cracks, deterioration, or embedded staining.<\/p>\n

                        Elegant Estates is not responsible for damage resulting from:<\/p>\n

                          \n
                        • Pre-existing structural weaknesses<\/li>\n
                        • Improper installation<\/li>\n
                        • Aged or deteriorated materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          11. Soft Washing (House Washing)<\/h3>\n

                          Soft washing uses low pressure and specialized detergents.<\/p>\n

                          This service:<\/p>\n

                            \n
                          • Does not remove oxidation<\/li>\n
                          • Does not remove artillery fungus or deeply embedded staining<\/li>\n
                          • May reveal oxidation or surface wear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            Water intrusion may occur if structures are improperly sealed. Elegant Estates is not responsible for such conditions.<\/p>\n

                            12. Roof Washing<\/h3>\n

                            Roof cleaning is performed using low-pressure application in accordance with industry standards, including ARMA guidelines.<\/p>\n

                            Important expectations:<\/p>\n

                              \n
                            • Results may take days, weeks, or longer to fully develop<\/li>\n
                            • No high-pressure washing is used<\/li>\n
                            • Some staining may remain if caused by granule loss or roof deterioration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              Elegant Estates is not responsible for leaks resulting from pre-existing roof defects.<\/p>\n

                              13. Paver Cleaning<\/h3>\n

                              Paver cleaning removes surface buildup but does not correct:<\/p>\n

                                \n
                              • Joint failure<\/li>\n
                              • Base instability<\/li>\n
                              • Drainage issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                Some staining may remain depending on condition.<\/p>\n

                                14. Paver Restoration<\/h3>\n

                                Paver restoration includes deep cleaning and joint material replacement.<\/p>\n

                                This service does not correct:<\/p>\n

                                  \n
                                • Structural base failure<\/li>\n
                                • Subgrade movement<\/li>\n
                                • Long-term drainage issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  Important notes:<\/p>\n

                                    \n
                                  • Joint materials (including polymeric and resin sand) naturally degrade over time<\/li>\n
                                  • Freeze-thaw cycles may impact performance<\/li>\n
                                  • Improper original installation may result in future joint failure<\/li>\n
                                  • Efflorescence may return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    Repairs are not included unless specified and are billed separately.<\/p>\n

                                    15. Paver Repair<\/h3>\n

                                    Paver repairs address localized issues only.<\/p>\n

                                    Repairs:<\/p>\n

                                      \n
                                    • Do not correct underlying systemic issues<\/li>\n
                                    • Are not warrantied<\/li>\n
                                    • May be impacted by surrounding conditions beyond control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                      16. EcoGuard Treatment<\/h3>\n

                                      EcoGuard is a preventative treatment designed to slow biological growth.<\/p>\n

                                      It is not:<\/p>\n

                                        \n
                                      • A sealer<\/li>\n
                                      • A cleaning service<\/li>\n
                                      • A permanent solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                        EcoGuard:<\/p>\n

                                          \n
                                        • Does not prevent dirt accumulation<\/li>\n
                                        • Does not stop growth entirely<\/li>\n
                                        • Requires repeat applications for best results (typically twice per season)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                          17. Fence & Deck Cleaning<\/h3>\n

                                          Wood and composite surfaces may experience:<\/p>\n

                                            \n
                                          • Furring (raised wood grain)<\/li>\n
                                          • Splintering<\/li>\n
                                          • Surface lightening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                            These are natural results of cleaning aged or weathered materials and are not considered damage.<\/p>\n

                                            18. Gutter Services<\/h3>\n

                                            Gutter Cleaning (Exterior):<\/strong> Removal of surface organic staining and debris<\/p>\n

                                            Gutter Clean-Out:<\/strong> Removal of internal debris and flushing of downspouts<\/p>\n

                                            Gutter Brightening:<\/strong> Removal of electrostatic staining (results may vary)<\/p>\n

                                            Important notes:<\/p>\n

                                              \n
                                            • Brightening effectiveness depends on gutter condition and paint integrity<\/li>\n
                                            • Older gutters may not respond to brightening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                              Clean-Out Methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                \n
                                              • Manual removal: debris collected<\/li>\n
                                              • Water flushing: debris may remain on ground<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                Elegant Estates is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

                                                  \n
                                                • Weak or degraded mounting brackets or wires<\/li>\n
                                                • Gutter seam leaks or failures<\/li>\n
                                                • Underground drainage blockages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                  19. Specialty Stain Removal<\/h3>\n

                                                  Not all stains can be fully removed.<\/p>\n

                                                  Results may include:<\/p>\n

                                                    \n
                                                  • Partial removal<\/li>\n
                                                  • Lightening only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                    Risks may include:<\/p>\n

                                                      \n
                                                    • Surface alteration<\/li>\n
                                                    • Etching<\/li>\n
                                                    • Color variation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                      Multiple treatments may be required.<\/p>\n

                                                      20. Design & Installation Services<\/h3>\n

                                                      Design Services<\/h4>\n

                                                      Design plans and measurements are conceptual and subject to site verification.<\/p>\n

                                                      Installation Services<\/h4>\n

                                                      Elegant Estates is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

                                                        \n
                                                      • Subsurface conditions not visible at time of installation<\/li>\n
                                                      • Soil movement, settlement, or compaction changes<\/li>\n
                                                      • Burrowing animals or subterranean activity (ants, rodents, etc.)<\/li>\n
                                                      • Environmental conditions or acts of God<\/li>\n
                                                      • Drainage changes occurring after installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                        Use Limitations:<\/strong> Installed surfaces are designed for intended use. Damage resulting from use outside of design specifications (such as vehicular traffic on pedestrian-rated surfaces) is not covered.<\/p>\n

                                                        21. Underground Utilities Disclaimer<\/h3>\n

                                                        All excavation work follows UFPO (Underground Facilities Protection Organization) guidelines, including utility marking prior to digging.<\/p>\n

                                                        Elegant Estates is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

                                                          \n
                                                        • Unmarked underground utilities<\/li>\n
                                                        • Incorrectly marked utilities<\/li>\n
