The Situation<\/h2>\n

A homeowner contacted us after purchasing a pier-and-beam home, requesting an estimate to replace only the yard sewer line. He explained that he had been told the under-house sewer piping had already been replaced, so he believed the remaining issue was limited to the yard.<\/p>\n

Near the very end of the yard line replacement, during the final tie-in to the house, it became clear that the under-house cast iron piping had not been replaced.<\/p>\n

This discovery was not speculative. It was physically confirmed during the tie-in process, at a point when the yard work was essentially complete.<\/p>\n

The homeowner was surprised. Any frustration was directed at the situation itself and the misinformation he had received \u2014 not at our company. We had done exactly what we were hired to do.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Why Timing Matters So Much<\/h2>\n

Replacing the yard line and the under-house piping together is significantly more efficient than doing them as two separate projects.<\/p>\n
