Meet Joyce
I have been a Clinton County resident since 1990. My husband and I raised three sons here, and today I’m blessed with fourteen grandchildren — a constant reminder of why strong schools and strong families matter.
I’m deeply concerned about the direction of public education, and I believe now is the time to step forward, offer solutions, and help secure a better future for our children and the generations to come.
For thirteen years, I served as Postmaster of the Turney Post Office, and my late husband and I built two local businesses — a construction company and a spray-foam insulation business. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, fiscal responsibility, and serving a community you love.
I am now remarried, and my husband and I worship at a local church. For more than twenty years, I’ve been active in women’s prayer groups and Bible studies, which have shaped my commitment to moral clarity, compassion, and service.
I am currently in my fifth year as Chair of the Clinton County Republican Club, where I work to inform, educate, and encourage citizens to be engaged, responsible stewards of our freedoms and our country’s future.
