I called them the next morning and Mariah was pleasant and assured me that Chris (office manager) had technician scheduled. Was notified via text when technician was in route. Jeremy ( technician) had to order a part. When the part arrived Mariah called me and scheduled repairs. Jeremy was scheduled to arrive between 3:00 and 5:00. He arrived promptly at 3:00 and was very cordial and professional. Repairs were done at a good value price wise. I will be using Theriot’s for any HVAC needs.
