Meet Wes Baldwin – Owner of Allied Electric

Hi, I’m Wes Baldwin. I started Allied Electric because I saw a real need in Richmond for honest electrical work at fair prices. After more than 10 years in the industry, I wanted to build a company where people felt confident calling us, knowing they’d get clear answers and dependable service every time.

At Allied Electric, we treat every home like it’s our own. That comes from the values my wife and I live by and pass on to our kids. When I come to your home, you can expect upfront pricing, clear communication, and respect for your space. If something changes during the job, we’ll talk about it first so there are no surprises.

What I enjoy most about this work is seeing a project through from start to finish. There’s a real satisfaction in knowing we’ve helped someone get their home running safely and smoothly.

Outside of work, my life is all about family. My wife Kim and I love watching our girls dive into their favorite activities. When we can, we head to the beach, catch a concert, or spend time with our neighbors.
