My name is Richard Kennison, and I’m the owner of Odors Removed. I serve homeowners across Central Florida who are dealing with tough odor problems and want a real solution.

I started this business because I saw a gap in our community. There were not many good options for odor removal, and people were left trying to fix the problem on their own. I wanted to offer a service that actually works and gives people peace of mind.

I have 10 years of experience in the industry, and I’m trained in using Chlorine Dioxide (ClO₂) to treat and remove odors at the source. Every situation is different, so I take the time to understand what’s going on before recommending a solution.

Customer service is a big part of how I work. I focus on clear communication and ask the right questions so I can fully evaluate the problem. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I look at each job on its own and explain the options so you know what to expect.

What I enjoy most about this work is meeting people and helping them solve a problem they’ve often been dealing with for a long time. There’s nothing better than seeing the relief when the odor is finally gone.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family. That balance is important to me, and it’s part of why I care so much about helping other families feel comfortable in their homes.
