Meet José Santiago, Owner of Onsite Electrical USA

My name is José Santiago, and I’m the owner of Onsite Electrical USA. I have more than 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, and I started this business because I wanted to keep growing. For years, I worked as a leader and foreman on job sites. I learned a lot, but I also saw that there was a limit to how far I could go working for someone else. I wanted to keep learning, take on more responsibility, and build something of my own. That led me to earn my electrical contractor license and start Onsite Electrical USA.

Going out on my own gave me the chance to serve customers without limits. I can handle residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work, and I can bring the same level of care and skill to every project. I also wanted to be part of where the industry is heading. Electrical work is changing fast, and I believe the future is smarter, safer, and more connected. That includes smart home upgrades, EV chargers, smart panels, batteries, generators, and systems you can control right from an app on your phone.

Customer service has always been a big part of how I work. I believe people deserve clear communication, fair and transparent pricing, and honest answers. I listen closely to each homeowner’s needs, explain their options in plain language, and focus on solving the real problem. My goal is to make sure their electrical system is safe and working the way it should. I do not believe in upselling. I would rather educate people, explain what I see, and let them decide what they want to fix.

One of my favorite parts of this work is rebuilding and improving electrical systems the right way. I take pride in quality, and I pay close attention to the details. There is a real sense of reward in solving a problem for someone and leaving behind work that is neat, safe, and professional. That is the standard I bring to every job.
