When it came time to replace our shingles, we called several companies. Some came right away, others didn't even showed up for us to get an estimate. West KY showed up, did the estimate the same day, and they had samples of shingles and the available colors. It took 2 weeks for them to get the order from the manufacturer, but within a couple of days they installed out roof. It took them only one day for the installation. Cleanup was done perfect. All the companies that quoted us gave us very similar numbers, but we decided to spend a few hundred dollars more and go with West KY because they had better warranty. What's a few hundred dollars more to get a decade more of protection on your roof? If you want your roof done fast, and most important, hassle free, look no further. They were a pleasure to work with. If you want someone to not answer your calls when you want an estimate or have questions, hire someone else.
