Meet Jordan Williams

Hi, I’m Jordan Williams, owner of Williams Electric. I serve Dallas, Salem, and nearby areas, and I started this business because I always wanted to work for myself. Early on, I worked for someone who was self-employed, and I saw how much freedom came with it. I liked the flexibility, but I also liked that hard work and ambition could take you further. That helped me decide to build a business of my own.

I’ve worked in the electrical industry for 9 years. Over that time, I’ve learned that good service is about more than getting the job done. For me, it starts with clear communication. I want customers to know what is happening, what their options are, and what to expect from the work. I also believe the details matter. I take pride in doing clean work, paying attention to how everything looks, and leaving the space clean when the job is done.

What sets Williams Electric apart is the care I put into every job. I believe customers should feel respected from start to finish. That means listening, giving honest options, and going above and beyond when it comes to detail and cleanup. I know electrical work is a big deal for any home or business, and I want people to feel confident in the work long after I leave.

My favorite part of this job is seeing people’s reaction when the work is finished. It means a lot to know they are happy with the result and can see the care that went into it. That kind of response is what keeps me motivated.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. I also care a lot about this area because I grew up in Dallas. It’s a small town with a great sense of community, and it has always felt like a safe place to live and work. Being able to serve people here and in Salem means a lot to me because these are the kinds of communities I know and value.

At Williams Electric, my goal is simple: do the job well, treat people right, and leave every space better than I found it.
