Our experience with In-House Plumbing was fantastic! Chris, Thomas, Ed, and the entire team were very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. From day one, Chris provided us with a very detailed drawing explaining all of the work that was going to be done. He was also extremely patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. The workers always showed up when they said they would, and Ed kept us updated throughout the entire process. Their communication and professionalism really stood out to us. I would not hesitate to recommend In-House Plumbing to anyone. In-House Plumbing exceeded my expectations.   Replacing collapsed cast iron is an intimidating project. Initial bid:  In-House Plumbing provided an easy to understand bid, with excellent pricing compared to multiple competitors.    We were reassured by the fact that they only do cast-iron replacement, and do 4 projects every week. Preparation:  They communicated well in the weeks leading up to the project.  The property was tenant-occupied, and they worked respectfully to ensure a minimal disruption to the tenant. Execution:   You learn a lot about a company when faced with the unexpected.  Very quickly after starting our project, it became apparant that our property sat on a limestone ledge.  The digging was very difficult.  Colton and his team took it in stride, honored their contract, and still finished within the anticipated completion window. Followup:  After completion of the project, I was faced with an unexpected punch-list item.   Chris was able to troubleshoot and resolve the item in a timely and professional matter. My wife & I met Chris with “In House Plumbing co.”  to discuss replacing our existing sewer. Chris is a true professional he exceeded our expectations.  He went over everything regarding the replacement of my old cast iron. As s retired luxury Home Builder I have recommended them several times because of their excellent reputation. In house Plumbing company is hands down the best in every way; pricing, timely,  professional, experienced crews that provide quality jobs when it comes to replacing old sewer pipes with PVC. In house plumbing did a fantastic job laying new sewer plumbing for my home.  Finished the job in 3 days, amazing?  Chris the supervisor was onsite for the majority of the work and made us feel very confident the job was running smoothly.
