Huge shoutout to Chris and the team at In-House Plumbing Company!  They completely rerouted our home last year (replacing the old cast-iron with new exterior plastic lines). This past Saturday night, our master shower and adjacent sunken tub suffered a sudden, major clog.

When I called Monday morning, they were booked solid for a week. But after hearing about our situation, Chris stepped up and squeezed us in at the very end of his day. Awesome, I had cast iron sewer piping under the house.  They rerouted sewer lines not disturbing foundation.  They capped off the cast iron pipes after digging under house.  Then city inspected plumbing and then the dirt backfilled.

Our experience with In-House Plumbing was fantastic! Chris, Thomas, Ed, and the entire team were very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual.

From day one, Chris provided us with a very detailed drawing explaining all of the work that was going to be done. He was also extremely patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns.

The workers always showed up when they said they would, and Ed kept us updated throughout the entire process. Their communication and professionalism really stood out to us.

In-House Plumbing exceeded my expectations.   Replacing collapsed cast iron is an intimidating project.

Initial bid:  In-House Plumbing provided an easy to understand bid, with excellent pricing compared to multiple competitors.    We were reassured by the fact that they only do cast-iron replacement, and do 4 projects every week.

Preparation:  They communicated well in the weeks leading up to the project.  The property was tenant-occupied, and they worked respectfully to ensure a minimal disruption to the tenant.

Execution:   You learn a lot about a company when faced with the unexpected.  Very quickly after starting our project, it became apparant that our property sat on a limestone ledge.  The digging was very difficult.  Colton and his team took it in stride, honored their contract, and still finished within the anticipated completion window.

Followup:  After completion of the project, I was faced with an unexpected punch-list item.   Chris was able to troubleshoot and resolve the item in a timely and professional matter.
